Dearly beloved,

THE LORD BLESS AND KEEP YOU IN STRENGTH AND FAITH.

I am delighted to recommend to you one of the best worship CD's I've ever heard. Pastor Carter, my godly associate, has a rare gift. He has an anointed voice that soothes the soul and makes you want to sing and worship along with him. His holy walk with Jesus shines through every song, all of which he wrote under Holy Ghost inspiration.

I have enclosed a flier, giving more information. Tapes are also available. This particular recording will become the most played in your collection, as it has been for Gwen and me. As is our custom, we have made this CD available at a cost much lower than those in bookstores.

I want to share with you a prophetic word.

* All across the nation, calamities are breaking out: out-of-control forest fires. Floods that are braking all records for damage and loss of life. Droughts that have caused massive crop losses. Incredible storms in the southeast. Meanwhile, Japanese beetles are destroying trees in Central Park, as well as a swath of hundreds of acres in New York state. New York city is also facing another threat of West Nile virus from a deadly mosquito.

* All across the earth, drastic weather changes now wreak damage and death. This cannot be explained by the warming of the planet. I see God's hand of warning and pleading. Now that America flirts with the removal of god's name from the "Pledge of Allegiance" - and next, the removal of his name from coins and courtrooms - I believe we can expect increasing warnings of God's displeasure.

* I warned of all these drastic weather changes in 1974 in my book, THE VISION. And I tell you, God has his hand in it all. All through Scripture, we learn that he controls the winds, rains and floods. The Lord caused it to rain for 40 days and nights during the flood in Noah's day. "For he commanded even the winds..." (Luke 8:25). "...a stormy wind in my fury..." (Ezekiel 13:13). The message is clear all through God's Word: he controls nature.

Here in New York City, we are moving ahead with plans to open a shelter for homeless mothers and their children. There is so much paper work involved in going through government agencies to get licensed to operate such a facility. God has promised me he will allow me to finish out my days helping the poor, the widow and the fatherless, and fulfill Matthew 15.
